Realising I would be home too late from Dundee to start cooking, but not wanting to lose another day to business travel, I texted my husband this recipe.

I came across it by chance on the Fine Cooking website at the end of 2019 and liked the idea of dishing up a food associated with good luck as we went into 2020. Now well into the New Year, its appearance on the 292 list is later than I had intended, but I'm pleased to see it there, none the less.

Unfazed by my text, my husband picked up the challenge reins and made this evening's meal.
