Flour tortillas are big favourite with my family. Whether it's wrapping up homemade fish or chicken goujons or returning to one of our favourite recipes from Sabrina Ghayour's Persiana book, ras el hanout chicken wraps, there is an undoubted comfort factor in sandwiching up our favourite ingredients into a tight parcel from which there is no escape.

While an authentic burrito would comprise ground beef and refried beans, I opted for the more Americanised version, choosing instead to include chilli beef, brown rice, guacamole, coriander and red peppers.
