This was more of a 'throw everything into a bowl' meal than a well thought through salad recipe, but it worked none the less. With mangos and pineapple calling to me from the supermarket produce section, I paired these juicy fruits with prawns, shredded coriander, and finely diced red onion. The salad was served on a bed of baby spinach and dressed with a combination of extra virgin olive oil, lime juice and ground cumin.
