While I have definitely scored more hits than misses when it comes to 2020 dinner times, it's fair to say that I've missed the mark a few times recently particularly where I've ventured into lentil territory. This has led to clamorous voices calling for a return to more 'normal food'.
In order to appease an otherwise patient audience, I resorted to an old favourite; the prawn and pea risotto. I've always found risotto therapeutic to make and having experimented with many over the years, this evening's meal was quick and easy to make. I also knew that it would go down well with my troops.
